GRIPSTIC Bag Sealer

Too Good Not to Share*

Chip clips, ugh. They take up extra room on the bag they’re sealing, they take way too much space to store when not in use, then, they break. I end up just keeping a handful of clothes pins in the kitchen, but they don’t seal open packages as well as a traditional chip clip does. Happily, a friend and I discovered GRIPSTIC bag sealers a couple of years ago through a vendor at a trade show. Admittedly, we remained skeptical of the purchases we’d made, even after watching the demo; we’d been burned before (stretch-to-fit food covers that apparently the vendor had already stretched to fit his demo items, because they didn’t work for either of us when we got them to our homes), but we thought they were worth a try, anyway.

Yes! This product delivers. These slim sticks take almost no space, whether on a bag or in storage, and there are no moving parts to break. To use, fold a sharp crease the top of the open bag, slip the guide under the crease and the tube part of the stick on top of the crease, then slide the GRIPSTIC across the bag, squeezing the air out as you seal the bag. I use it for pretzels and chips, cookies, frozen vegetables, chocolate chips, and more. It works like a charm.

“THE GRIPSTIC is the best chip clip device ever made. Our patented slide and seal technology locks in freshness by sealing the entire bag air tight. This reusable sealing rod locks air and moisture out to prevent your chips, pretzels, snacks, cereal from going stale, prevents freezer burn and keeps food fresh longer.”
