Too Good Not to Share*

Far from a natural in the kitchen, I was happy to find this handy little egg timer several years ago. It’s low tech, easily washable, and all-in-all pretty straight forward. Just put this little gem in the pan of water when you boil eggs (all in a single layer), and it will let you know by temperature (more accurate than by time) when your eggs have reached your desired level of done-ness. 

Keep an eye out for Norpro Egg-Perfect Egg Timer when you’re in kitchen stores or gift shops that have a general store feel. You might find them at your favorite grocery store; and, of course, they are only a search away for internet shoppers. They’ll probably cost in the range of $7.
